Phoenix apartment community on the market for $15.9M

Redwood Place Condominium Community

The Redwood Place Condominium Community, a 186-unit apartment complex in Phoenix, Ariz., has been placed on the market with an asking price of $15.9 million.

Bret Zinn, David Cohen, Nick Steele, Brad Goff and Kyle Grider of Apartment Realty Advisors' Phoenix office have been hired to market and sell the property.

Redwood Place is located at 2015 West Cactus Rd. Built in 1985, it was renovated in 2007 and is being offered for $85,484 per unit. The 18-building complex is situated on nine acres and contains a unit mix of 94 one-bedroom and 92 two-bedroom units.
