Rockwell Management acquires Houston office property

Rockwell Management Corporation has purchased a six-story office building in downtown Houston, Texas for an undisclosed amount from locally-based Bayview USA Holdings.

Dan Miller and Marty Hogan of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler represented Bayview while the firm's Matthew Kafka arranged the financing for Rockwell.

The building is located along Interstate Highway 10 at 12605 East Freeway. It was renovated in phases from 2000 to 2003 and contains 85,506 square feet. It is currently 82 percent leased to Bank of America, The State of Texas and Jim Adler, P.C.

Earlier this month, Miller and Hogan represented Santa Fe, N.M.-based BGK Group in the sale of James Plaza in Houston.
