ARA to sell College Station apartments for $12M

The Austin, Texas office of Apartment Realty Advisors has been hired to sell the Willowick Apartments in College Station. The complex has an asking price of $12 million or $37,500 per unit.

Jeff Patterson and Kelly Witherspoon are marketing the property on behalf of the seller.

The Willowick Apartments are located one mile from campus of Texas A&M University at 502 Southwest Parkway. The 320-unit apartment community is comprised of 23 two-story building on 9.79 acres and contains 214,288 square feet. Built in 1978, the property also contains three laundry facilities.

Patterson and Witherspoon make up ARA's Secondary Markets Team and recently brokered the sale of three apartment communities in Georgia in Texas.
