3/14/2008National Retail Properties places Pep Boys portfolio on the block for $22M

National Retail Properties, Inc. is placing a three-building Pep Boys portfolio in California on the market with an asking price of $22.01 million.
The portfolio is being marketed by Jeff Conover of
Faris Lee Investments.
The buildings contain a combined 68,362 square feet and are all net leased to Pep Boys. Two of the properties are in Los Angles County while the third is in San Diego County.
Contents of the portfolio are as follows:
-A 22,789 square foot building at
1540 East Amar Rd. in West Covina. The building was built in 1983 and is situated on 1.71 acres. It is located within a supermarket and drugstore anchored shopping center called Island Plaza.
-A 22,810 square foot building at
11944 South St. in Artesia. Built in 1982, the building is situated on 1.77 acres and is located near the Macy's-anchored Cerritos Mall.
-A 22,763 square foot building at
855 West Mission Ave. in Escondido. The building was built in 1983 and is situated on 1.57 acres.
