3/14/2008Regency Centers retail property on the market for $15.49M

The Vine at Castaic, a newly built shopping center in the Los Angeles suburb of Castaic, Calif., has been placed on the sales block with an asking price of $15.49 million. Donald MacLellan and Richard Walter of Faris Lee Investments have been hired to market and sell the 30,235 square foot retail center on behalf of the seller, a Regency Centers partnership. Completed in 2007, The Vine at Castaic is located on Lake Hughes Road in Castaic, a town located roughly 39 miles from downtown Los Angles. The retail center is situated on 3.53 acres and contains a mix of retailers including Starbucks, Kragen Auto Parts, El Pollo Loco, Popeye's and Wienerschnitzel.
