Phoenix apartments bring $15.85M

Qual Point Apartments

New Castle Investments, LLC has sold the Qual Point Apartments in Phoenix, Ariz., for $15.85 million to Thomas Christensen and Craig Haskell of 3 Street Financial, LLC.

Michael Hubl and Ryan Ash of Marcus & Millichap represented both parties in the transaction.

The apartment complex is located at 3045 North 67th Ave. and sold for $60,038 per unit. It contains 264 units and has a unit mix of one and two-bedroom apartments. The buyer plans to invest in upgrades to the apartments and has hired MEB Management Services, Inc. to manage the apartment community.
