Marcus & Millichap brokers $11M sale of Florida retail center

The Orlando, Fla., office of Marcus & Millichap has represented Victoria Square, LLC, an entity operated by a local attorney, in the sale of the Victoria Square retail center in Deland for $11 million.

Jack Holly represented the seller in the sale of the 113,050 square foot shopping center, which sold to Southeastern Realty Group, Inc.

Victoria Square is located at 1710 S. Woodland Blvd. in Deland's retail corridor. Situated on 14.85 acres, the shopping center sold with a 8.24 percent capitalization rate and was built in 1990 and 1991. Current tenants of Victoria Square include Fred's, Gator's Dockside, H&R Block, Pinch-A-Penny, RentWay, Tuesday Morning and Victoria Square 6 Theatres, the only movie theater in Deland.
