Colliers Arnold adds two new retail specialists

The Orlando, Fla., office of Colliers Arnold has added Michael Sweeney and Meghan Kruger as retail specialists where they will focus on retail site selection in Central Florida.

Sweeney began his career in real estate in 1993 and since 1997 has been working for Commercial First Properties, which was acquired by Carter & Associates before merging with Grubb & Ellis. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is a candidate member of the CCIM Institute.

Kruger began her career in the aviation industry as an airline pilot before joining the retail team at Grubb & Ellis where she specialized in site selection. She is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Women of Orlando and is a volunteer for the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals of Central Florida.
