JCK Hospitality acquires two San Diego hotels for $23.8M

JCK Hospitality, LLC has purchased two hotels, the Quality Suites and Holiday Inn Express, in San Diego, Calif., from Mira Mesa Hotels, LLC for a total sales price of $23.8 million.

The deal was brokered by Ben Tashakorian and Alvin Mansour of the San Diego office of Marcus & Millichap.

The hotels contain a combined 202 rooms and sold for $117,821 per room. They are located adjacent from each other near the business districts of Miramar, Scripps Ranch, and Poway at 9880-9888 Mira Mesa Blvd.

Mansour is currently marketing the Metro Center, a 69,000 square foot shopping center in San Diego. The retail property is being offered for $12.5 million and a capitalization rate of 7.70 percent.
