A 196-unit multi-family complex in Valdosta, Ga., the Staten Crossing, has been placed on the market with an asking price of $16.75 million.
Marcus & Millichap has been hired to market and sell the property.
John E. Brigel and Michael Regan, both investment specialists in the firm's Tampa, Fla., office are representing the seller in the offering.
Built in 1997, Staten Crossing is located at 3925 N. Oak St. Ext., in close proximity to Moody Air Force Base and Valdosta State University. It is comprised of 16 three-story buildings on 16.93 acres and contains 214,784 square feet.
The multi-family community has a unit mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments and is being offered for $85,459 per unit.
Valdosta is 25 miles from Florida and about 80 miles northeast of Tallahassee. The town has a population of 45,529, according to the U.S. Census Bureau.
