CBRE Investors acquires Texas office building

CB Richard Ellis Investors has purchased the Lakeside Office Center I in Lewisville, Texas for $18 million from the building's developer, Dallas-based Myers & Crow Co.

Gary Carr and Russell Ingrum of CB Richard Ellis brokered the deal.

The Lakeside Office Center is situated on 8.19 acres at 2850 Lake Vista Drive. The three-story building was developed by Myers & Crow in 2006 and contains 98,750 square feet. TIAA-CREF is its primary tenant, leasing nearly 70 percent of the building.

Carr is an executive VP with CBRE's Investment Properties Institutional Group. He has been a real estate professional for 25 years and was named to the Dallas Business Journal's "Heavy Hitters" in 2005.

Ingrum is also an executive VP with CBRE's Investment Properties Institutional Group. He is a former CPA, pension fund advisor and transaction intermediary in commercial real estate transactions. Ingrum has been a member of the Colbert Coldwell Circle and was awarded William McAdam Cup in 1998 for being the top first year producer for CBRE nationwide.
