Livengood leaves Studley, joins UGL Equis

The Chicago, Ill., office of UGL Equis has hired Lexis Livengood as a senior associate. She joins the firm after leaving her post as assistant director to the Midwest team of Studley Inc.

At Studley, she was responsible for new business development and market expansion in major Midwestern cities. Livengood is the former executive director of corporate relations at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce where she acted as a liaison between members and external contacts.

At her new post with UGL Equis, Livengood will be responsible for promoting the company's tenant representation platform and identifying new business opportunities.

Active in her community, Livengood led fund raising efforts to establish after-school programs for underprivileged children in San Francisco and is a volunteer in the Oncology Department at Northwestern Hospital in Chicago.
