Cushman & Wakefield orchestrates sale of suburban Boston office buildings

Boston, Mass.-based Farley White Interests, LLC has purchased two office/R&D buildings in the Boston suburb of Billerica for $7.72 million from Burlington-based Nordic Properties and Crosstown Ventures III, LLC.

Brokers from Cushman & Wakefield's Capital Markets Group arranged the sale of the buildings.

The two multi-tenant buildings are located at 45 and 46 Manning Rd. and combined span 87,298 square feet.

The 45 Manning Rd. location consists of 42,305 square feet and is 100 percent occupied by Aerodyne Research, Inc. and Krueger Food Laboratories. The building was constructed in 1982 for Aerodyne, which occupies the entire second floor and a large portion of the first floor.

46 Manning Rd. is a 44,993 square foot building that is fully occupied by National Starch & Chemical. It was built in 1986 and renovated in 1996.
