NAI Capital adds Anderson as executive VP

Encino, Calif.-based NAI Capital has named Carl Anderson executive VP and branch manager of its Pasadena office where he will oversee the operation of the regional office and management of its brokers and staff.

Anderson joins NAI after leaving his post as senior VP with the Los Angeles office of Grubb & Ellis, a position he held since 2003. He spent the previous 22 years working for real estate firms such as The Steeley Company, CB Richard Ellis and Trammell Crow Company.

At his new post, he will focus on the brokerage of office and investment properties. Anderson earned a bachelor's degree in economics from San Diego State University.
