A pair of multi-family communities on the market for $12.9M in Jacksonville

Driftwood Apartments

Marcus & Millichap has listed two apartment communities in Jacksonville, Fla., the Kentwood Apartments and the Driftwood Apartments, with an asking price of $12.9 million.

Robert Goldfinger and Darron Kattan of Marcus & Millichap's Tampa office, along with David Hsieh of the firm's Jacksonville office, are representing the seller, a New York real estate investment group that has owned the apartments for almost 10 years.

The seller's identity was unreleased but Duval County records list the owner as Feiga Partners.

The two apartment complexes are located at 3800 and 3830 University Blvd., directly across the street from Jacksonville's Memorial Hospital. Together the communities consist of 35 two-story buildings on 11.62 acres and contain 232 units. They are being offered together as a single property for $55,603 per unit.
