Howard Wiese and Andrew Lorenz Goll of Marcus & Millichap have been hired to market and sell the building. The Tritech building is located directly across the street from City Hall at 331 Second Ave. The nine-story building contains 115,434 square feet and is being offered for $150 per square foot.
