Marcus & Millichap completes $22.2M Florida portfolio sale

Mizzen, LLC has acquired the three-property Broward Office Flex Portfolio in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., for $22.2 million from Jamie Danburg.

Both parties in the transaction were represented by Douglas Mandel, Ben Holzhauer, Richard Matricaria and Adam Tiktin, all of Marcus & Millichap.

The portfolio contains three properties totaling 207,737 square feet on 17 acres. The properties are the Cypress Creek Executive Court at 2700 W. Cypress Creek Road, Powerline Business Center at 5601 N. Powerline Rd. and Cypress Creek Business Park II at 6555 N. Powerline Rd.

Holzhauer recently represented Congress Center North, LLC in the $7.17 million sale of the Congress Center North office building in Palm Beach, Fla.
