Faris Lee lists 90,000 sf shopping center for $28.91M

Harkins Theatres & Shops, a 90,089 square foot entertainment center in Chino Hills, Calif., is being offered for sale with an asking price of $28.91 million.

Donald MacLellan and Nicholas Coo of Faris Lee Investments are marketing the property on behalf of a the Los Angeles-based seller.

Harkins Theatres & Shops is located within the Crossroads Entertainment Center at Highway 71 and Chino Avenue. It contains 81,880 square feet and is currently 98 percent occupied. It is anchored by Harkins Theatres, an 18-screen movie theater. Other tenants include Juice it Up!, Maggie Moos Ice Cream and Z Pizza.

MacLellan is also currently marketing The Vine at Castaic in Castaic, Calif., with an asking price of $15.49 million.
