Two Albuquerque multi-families on the block for $10M

Two apartment complexes totaling 101 units in Albuquerque, N.M., the Casa Placida Apartments and the Crystal Garden Apartments, have been placed on the sales block with an asking price of $10 million, or $99,010 per unit.

Sam Medford of Marcus & Millichap's Santa Fe office is representing the seller in the offering.

The Casa Placida is located at 7100 Constitution Ave. N.E. and contains 89,360 square feet. It is situated on 4.4 acres and is comprised of 74 apartments, 74 storerooms, 74 carports and four laundry rooms.

The Crystal Garden Apartments are located at 1300 Dallas St. N.E. and contain 29,000 square feet. The complex is comprised of 27 single-story units on 2.5 acres.
