Miami Beach hotel for sale with $12.5M price tag

The Leslie Hotel, a 43-room resort in Miami Beach, Fla., has been placed on the market with an asking price of $12.5 million, or $290,698 per room.

Mark Wohl, Jason Goldfarb and Lawrence Usher of Marcus & Millichap's Miami office are representing the seller in the offering.

The Leslie Hotel is located at 1244 Ocean Dr. and is situated on a 7,150 square foot lot. It was built in the 1930s and is 15 minutes from the Miami International Airport.

Wohl is also currently marketing the Angler's Hotel in Miami Beach. The 49-suite property has an asking price of $28 million, or $571,429 per room.
