Suburban Chicago multi-tenant building goes for $11.6M

999 East Touhy, LLC, an entity controlled by the principals of Chicago, Ill-based Marc Realty, has sold a multi-tenant office building in Des Plaines for $11.6 million to Siete 7, LLC.

Marcus & Millichap's Howard Weise and Frank Roti represented both the buyer and the seller in the deal.

The building is situated on 5.97 acres at 999 E. Touhy Ave. It contains 145,482 square feet and is located just north of O'Hare International Airport in Chicago. The buyer plans to control 30,000 square feet of the building, which is currently occupied by Precision Research, Snelling Personnel Services and C. O'Neil Designers, an architectural firm.
