BGK Group has sold the Lakeview Office Building in the Orlando suburb of Winter Park, Fla., to 2303 Partners, LLC.
Joseph Rossi and Bret Felberg of
Grubb & Ellis/Commercial Florida represented BGK while the buyer was represented by Geoff Rogers of Silver City Partners.
The Lakeview Office Building is located in the 436 Corridor submarket at 2303 N. Semoran Blvd. The 48,963 square foot building is situated on 5.01 acres and will soon be vacated.
Rossi is a senior VP of Grubb & Ellis' Investment Services Group and specializes in the marketing and sale of office and retail investment properties. Prior to joining the firm in 2004, he was a manager with St. Joe Commercial and a market researcher with Koger Equity, Inc.
Felberg is an associate VP with the Investment Services Group and specializes in the marketing, sale and financial analysis of office and retail investment properties. He began his real estate career as an intern with Lockheed Martin Simulation Training and Support and was eventually promoted to senior systems engineer. Felberg is a graduate of Florida State University.
