Transwestern to sell One and Two Century Centre

One Century Centre

Transwestern Investment Company has announced that it is selling One and Two Century Centre in Schaumburg, Ill. The two 11-story buildings are being offered without an asking price.

Jaime Fink, Jeffrey Bramson and Kenneth Glomb of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler's Chicago office are representing Transwestern in the offering.

One and Two Century Centre are located within the Schaumburg office market at 1700-1750 E. Golf Rd. The buildings are currently 95 percent leased and contain a total of 431,930 rentable square feet. Current tenants of the property include Ajilon Office, Venturi Staffing Partners and Johnson Westra Broecker Whittaker & Newitt PC.

Fink and Bramson recently represented Transwestern in the $47 million sale of the 28-story Milwaukee Center in Milwaukee, Wis.
