Marcus & Millichap to market 10-property portfolio for $12M

Marcus & Millichap has been hired to market and sell a portfolio on 10 single-tenant properties for $12.07 million on behalf of Rite Aid, CVS, Family Dollar, YCHC Clinic and Sayford Market in Pennsylvania and Ohio.

Simon Jonna and Brandon Hanna of the firm's Detroit, Mich., office are representing the seller.

The portfolio is currently 100 percent occupied with double-net lease structures and must be sold together.

The portfolio contains the following:
- CVS at 1950 Hard Rd., Columbus, Ohio
- CVS at 60 North Stygler Rd., Gahanna, Ohio
- Dollar General at 513 Churchill Rd., Girard, Ohio
- Dollar General at 653 S. Miami St., West Milton, Ohio
- Rite Aid at 3032 Mahoning Rd., Canton, Ohio
- Rite Aid at 411 Solida Rd., South Point, Ohio
- Rite Aid at 540 E. Midlothian Blvd., Youngstown, Ohio
- YCHC Clinic at 712 S. Tod Ave., Warren, Ohio
- Family Dollar at 2708 Glenwood Ave., Youngstown, Ohio
- Sayford Market at 1307 N. Third St., Harrisburg, Pa.
