CIP hires new director of real estate finance

Mr. Strom

Irvine, Calif.-based CIP Real Estate has hired Brad Strom as assistant vice president and director of real estate finance, where he will direct and manage the financial aspects of acquisitions, dispositions and operations.

Strom joins CIP after working in JP Morgan's CMBS Group. He is also a former employee of Marcus & Millichap and Mortgage Bancfund Corporation.

He earned his bachelor's degree in managerial studies and psychology from Rice University.
