Commercial Properties Services sells Denton Square

Commercial Properties Services, LLC has sold Denton Square, a 125,225 square foot shopping center in Denton, Texas, to 717 Stemmons Partners, LP.

Marcus & Millichap's Tim Speck, Alvin Mansour and Philip Sambazis represented both the buyer and the seller in transaction.

Developed in 1984, Denton Square is located at 717 Stemmons Freeway and is comprised of three buildings on 9.5 acres. It was more than 90 percent occupied at the time of sale and was sold with a 9.79 capitalization rate. Current tenants of the property include Winn Dixie, Blockbuster, Applebee's and Gold's Gym.

Denton is the home of the University of North Texas and has a population of 109,561.
