Texas retail center hits the market

The Shops at Dowlen

The Shops at Dowlen, a 110,886 square foot retail center in Beaumont, Texas, has been placed on the market by a Florida-based private investor.

Lori Schneider of Marcus & Millichap's Fort Lauderdale office is representing the seller in the offering.

Built in 2003, The Shops at Dowlen is a single-story retail plaza that contains 110,886 square feet. The property is currently 96 percent occupied and is anchored by Hobby Lobby. It is located at 4030 Dowlen Rd. Other tenants include Macy's, JC Penney, Sears and Men's Warehouse.
