CB Richard Ellis announces new partner in Boston office

The Boston office of CB Richard Ellis has appointed James Moore as a partner of the firm in New England.

Moore has been with CBRE since 2000 and is responsible for completing appraisal and consulting reports for all property types. His more notable transactions include 2.5 million square feet in Boston's Seaport submarket and more than 500,00 square feet of retail space along Newbury Street.

Moore is active with the Inner City Scholarship Fund and serves on the Young Professionals Executive Committee. He is a member of the Appraisal Institute and is an active member of the Real Estate Finance Association.
