M&M to market Carson City apartments for $25M

Parkway Manor, a 176-unit apartment complex in Carson City, Nev., has been placed on the market with an asking price of $25.8 million, or $146,591 per unit.

Kenneth Blomsterberg and Dylan Mattole of Marcus & Millichap are representing the seller in the offering, Parkway Manor, Inc.

Parkway Manor is located at 603 E. College Parkway in Carson City, a town approximately 30 miles south of Reno. Built in 2000, it contains 171,352 square feet on 7.24 acres with a unit mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments.
