4/3/2008Ten retail properties on the block for $11.09M
by Eric RamsdenA 10-property single-tenant retail portfolio in Michigan, New York and Ohio has been placed on the sales block with an asking price of $11.09 million. Simon Jonna of Marcus & Millichap's Detroit office has been hired to market and sell the portfolio. The properties are currently 100 percent occupied with double-net leases with Rite Aid, CVS and Family Dollar. The properties must be sold together. Jonna is also currently marketing another 10-property retail portfolio in Pennsylvania and Ohio with an asking price of $12.07 million. The portfolio contains the following: - Rite Aid at 222 S. Chestnut St., Reed City, Mich. - Rite Aid at 117 Main St., Fredericktown, Ohio - Rite Aid at 305 E. State St., Cassopolis, Mich. - Rite Aid at 612 St. Joseph Ave., Berrien Springs, Mich. - CVS at 711 Park Rd., Worthington, Ohio - CVS at 3100 Cleveland Ave., Columbus, Ohio - Family Dollar at 415 N. Main St., Clyde, Ohio - Family Foods at 700 Woodfield Rd., West Hempstead, N.Y. - Family Dollar at 7415 Superior Ave., Cleveland, Ohio - Library at 209 E.
