Hendricks & Partners completes two sales worth $11.65M

Hendricks & Partners has completed the sale of two multi-family properties in California totaling 79 units worth $11.65 million.

In Westminster, RMC/Tracy, LLC purchased the Trask Apartments for $8.9 million from Rohnert Park-based Trask Limited Partnership. Hendricks & Partners' Steven C. Brombal represented the buyer in the deal.

The apartment complex is located at 7731 Trask Ave. and contains 52 units. It is comprised of 13 buildings on 2.8 acres and received three offers during the bidding process.

In San Diego, 525 28th Street Investors, LLC, sold the Golden Heights Apartments for $2.75 million to Encinitas-based Golden Heights Apartments, LLC. Hendricks & Partners' David Andrews represented the seller in the transaction.

The multi-family community is located at 525-575 28th St. Built in 1987, the property contains 27 units with mix of one and two-bedroom apartments.
