Colliers markets Wicks Corporate Center


Wells Fargo Wealth Management has hired Colliers International to market for sale or lease The Wicks Corporate Center in San Leandro, Calif.

Colliers' Dan Bergen and Kate Webster are representing Wells Fargo in the offering.

The 38,392 square foot Wicks Corporate Center is located at 14824-14860 Wicks Blvd. and is designed for office, R&D or light industrial uses. The two-building center contains two freestanding buildings with 19,808 square feet. The building were built by Reynolds & Brown.

Bergen is a VP with Colliers International and has been specializing in the sale and lease of larger industrial and commercial properties in the East Bay area since 1986. He is a sponsor of the AT&T Pebble Beach Jr. Gold Program and is a graduate of Brandywine College, where he attended on a golf scholarship.

Webster is an associate with Colliers' Pleasanton office and is a member of the firm's Industrial Sales team. She is a former parasailing instructor in Lake Tahoe and earned her bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Oregon.
