Former Grubb & Ellis SVP joins Lee & Associates

The Riverside, Calif., office of Lee & Associates has added Bruce R. Springer as senior VP and shareholder.

Springer joins Lee & Associates after leaving his post as senior VP of Grubb & Ellis' Industrial Services Group. He was consistently one of the firm's top 100 brokers and recently brokered the $31.7 million sale/leaseback of a 600,000 square foot building on behalf of First Industrial.

Springer is a commissioner of the City of Moreno Valley Planning Commission. He earned his bachelor's degree in international relations from the United States International University in San Diego.
