4/8/2008Voit brokers two sales worth $11.2M
by Voit Commercial Brokerage has completed the sale of a land parcel in Corona, Calif., and an industrial building in Chula Vista for a total sales price of $11.2 million.
In Corona,
Arizona Pipeline, a underground utility contractor, paid $8.4 million for 9.4 acres of land. The parcel was sold by Oldcastle Westile, a manufacturer and designer of concrete tiles with manufacturing plants in Arizona, California and Colorado.
Jack Faris and Brett Lockwood of Voit's Anaheim Metro office represented Oldcastle while Arizona Pipeline was represented in the deal by Paul Whitehouse of
Lee & Associates.
In Chula Vista,
Hamilton Meats & Provisions, Inc. paid $2.8 million for a 19,916 square foot industrial building. The building was purchased from Voit Development Company.
Voit's Michael Mossmer and Arthur Bleier represented the seller while Tiny Bruser of
Prime Pacific Properties handled the negotiations for Hamilton Meats.
