Two Connecticut apartments bring $17.6M

Greenwich, Conn.-based Mill Management, Inc. has acquired the Groton Townhouse Apartments and Phoenix Apartments, two rental communities in Groton, for $17.61 million from a Stamford-based private partnership.

The deal was brokered by brokers from Cushman & Wakefield Sonnenblick Goldman.

The Groton Townhouse Apartments are located at 126 Litton Ave. and consist of 141 units. The complex is comprised of 29 buildings with a unit mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments. The Phoenix Apartments are located at 396 Long Hill Rd. and consist of 96 one-bedroom units.
