JB Matteson acquires Portland multi-family

Redwood City, Calif.-based JB Matteson Inc. has acquired the 185-unit Harrison Tower Apartments in Portland, Ore., for $45 from Portland Center Investors.

The Los Angeles and Portland offices of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler arranged $32.98 million in financing for the acquisition.

The Harrison Tower Apartments are located at 222 Southwest Harrison St. The 24-story building was delivered 100 percent vacant with 176 of the units being newly-renovated. Built in 1965, the residential tower contains 149,470 square feet.
