Hendricks & Partners finalize sale of 176 units in St. Louis County

St. Louis, Mo.-based Park Commons, LLC & Five-O-One, LLC has acquired the Park Commons apartments in Valley Park from Park Commons Apartments #100, LLC.

Ken Aston of Hendricks & Partners represented both parties in the transaction.

The Park Commons is a 174-unit apartment complex located in west St. Louis County at 600 Park Commons Court. Built in 1999, the property features a mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments.

The acquisition represents Aston's third multi-family sale in St. Louis in the past month. Earlier in the year, he brokered the sale of the Place de la Concorde and the Grandview Heights Apartments.
