Marcus & Millichap lists 124,000 sf shopping center in Texas

Marcus & Millichap has been hired to market and sell Keller Crossing, a 124,000 square foot shopping center in Keller, Texas.

The Tabani Group, the Carrollton-based seller, is being represented by Alvin Mansour of Marcus & Millichap's San Diego office.

Keller Crossing is situated on 16.94 acres at 1600 Keller Parkway. It is anchored by Big Lots, Stein Mart, Tuesday Morning and Ace Hardware. Other tenants include The Snooty Pig, Allstate Insurance and Armstrong McCall Beauty Supply.

Mansour was recently involved in the $23.8 million sale of a Quality Suites and Holiday Inn Express in San Diego, Calif.
