Marcus & Millichap completes two sales worth $14.96M

Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of a shopping center in Dumont, N.J., and a two multi-family properties in Boulder City, Nev., for a total price of $14.96 million.

In Dumont, Seth Pollack represented Fre-Mor Associates in the $7.16 million sale of a 26,000 square foot retail center. It is situated on 1.83 acres at 406 East Madison Ave. and is anchored by a Walgreen's. Marcus & Millichap's Kevin McCrann represented the buyer in the transaction.

In the Las Vegas suburb of Boulder City, Michael Shaffner and Michael LaBar represented both the buyer and the seller in the $7.8 million sale of the Casa De Alicia and M&M II Apartments. The two properties contain 106 units and were built in 1979 and 1981. They will be managed b Preferred Property Management.
