4/15/2008NAI Capital sells two industrial facilities for $11.3M
by NAI Capital has completed the sale of two industrial buildings totaling 85,538 square feet in Corona and Carson, Calif., for a total sales price of $11.3 million. In Carson, Sheri Messerlian of NAI's South Bay office represented both the buyer and the seller in the $5.7 million sale of a 34,629 square foot industrial property. The building is located at 21136 S. Figueroa St. in the Los Angeles suburb of Casron. It was purchased by 21136 S. Figueroa LLC. In Corona, BA & CR Investments, Inc. sold a 50,909 square foot industrial building to Enclosed Tow, LLC for $5.6 million. The seller was represented in the deal by Chris Hauso of NAI's Ontario office while Enclosed Tow was represented by Scott Seal of Lee & Associates. The building is situated on three acres at 1771 Delilah St. BA & CR is currently constructing a new 125,000 square foot manufacturing facility and will lease back the Delilah Street property until the building is completed.
