Marcus & Millichap to market suburban Houston retail center

Marcus & Millichap has been tapped to market and sell Riceland Pavilion I, a 75,660 square foot shopping center in the Houston suburb of Baytown, Texas.

Jerry Goldstein of Marcus & Millichap's Houston office is representing the seller in the offering.

Riceland Pavilion I is located at 4615 Garth Rd. in Baytown, a city approximately 30 miles east of Houston's Central Business District. Situated on 8.5 acres, it is currently 100 percent leased to tenants such as Office Depot, Old Navy, Lane Bryant, Famous Footwear, Radio Shack, ACE Cash, Blockbuster, Mattress Firm, Panchero's, Papa John's Pizza, Quizno's and Washington Mutual.

In early 2008 Goldstein brokered the $5.4 million sale of the Westbury Triangle Shopping Center in Houston. He represented the seller, Weingarten Realty, in the transaction.
