4/18/2008High Street acquires 11-building portfolio in New Jersey

Boston, Mass.-based
High Street Equity Advisors has acquired an 11-building industrial portfolio totaling 749,762 square feet in New Jersey for an undisclosed price. The seller was Pine Brook-based First Industrial, LP, according to New Jersey assessment records.
The deal was brokered by Gary Gabriel, Andrew Merin, David Bernhaut and Jose Cruz of
Cushman & Wakefield's Metropolitan Area Capital Markets Group in East Rutherford.
The portfolio includes seven buildings with 368,863 square feet in Allendale Park, two buildings with 176,459 square feet on Apgar Road in Franklin Township. Also in the portfolio is 300 Columbus Circle and 400 Raritan Center Parkway, two buildings totaling 204,440 square feet in Edison.
The Area Capital Markets Group
recently brokered the sale of a 139,000 square foot office building in Morristown to Southgate Center Four Associates. The team represented Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors, a subsidiary of Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Co.
