Texas retail center hits the market

Village at Eldorado, a 51,785 square foot shopping center in Little Elm, Texas, has been placed on the market.

Jason Vitorino of Marcus & Millichap's Dallas office is representing the Dallas-based seller in the offering.

The Village Eldorado is located at 2831 West Eldorado Parkway in Little Elm, a town about 30 miles north of Dallas. Built in 2006, the shopping center is situated on 7.98 acres and includes tenants such as Starbucks, Firehouse Subs, H&R Block, Kobe Sushi & Steak, Marble Slab, ReMax First Realty, Sprint and UPS Store.
