Colliers Turley negotiates $15M sale of Indianapolis industrial facilities

Creve Coeur, Mo.-based Bianco Properties has purchased two industrial buildings in the Northwest Business Park in Indianapolis, Ind., for $15.1 million from Chicago, Ill.-based First Industrial Realty.

Brokers from Colliers Turley Martin Tucker represented First Industrial in the transaction.

The two buildings are located at 8219 and 8227 Northwest Blvd. They contain an aggregate 343,200 square feet and both were built in 1990. Current tenants of the property include Habegger Corp, Arvco, St. Vincent Hospital and Zollman Plastic Surgery.
