Cushman & Wakefield to market Penn Regional Business Center

The Synchrium Group has hired Cushman & Wakefield to market the Penn Regional Business Center in Smithfield Township, Pa.

The project will include two office buildings with Tier 4 data center capability and business continuity. They are located on Rt. 209 and Rt. 447 in Smithfield, a town approximately 77 miles west of Manhattan. The Rt. 209 Campus will feature 271,290 square feet while the Rt. 447 Campus will be comprised of 100,000 square feet.

The Synchrium Group is an affiliate of East Stroudsburg-based LTS Builders, a residential development firm.
