Marcus & Millichap lists 528 units in Chicago for $50.8M

Marcus & Millichap has been hired to market three high-rise multi-family buildings in Chicago, Ill., with an asking price of $50.8 million, or $96,212 per unit.

John Olar of the firm's National Multi-Housing Group in Chicago is representing the seller in the offering.

The buildings are located seven miles from downtown Chicago in the South Shore submarket and are comprised of 528 units. The portfolio contains a 21-story building at 7345 South Shore Drive, a 34-story building at 7447 and 13-story building at 7300 South Shore Drive.
