Plano Federal Courthouse building up for sale


The United States Federal Courthouse building in the Dallas suburb of Plano, Texas has been placed on the sales block.

Mike Carter and Tim Feagans of Marcus & Millichap's Dallas office, and Greg Gaynor of the firm's Austin office, are representing the seller in the offering.

The Class A office building is currently 100 percent occupied by the General Services Administration and houses the U.S. District Court of Eastern Texas and the U.S. Marshal Service. It is situated on 6.02 acres at 7940 Preston Rd. in Plano, a town approximately 20 miles north of Dallas.
