4/25/2008Cleveland firm acquires Texas industrial property
by In an effort to expand its southwest holdings, Cleveland, Ohio-based Weston, Inc. has purchased the Moll Building in the San Antonio suburb of New Braunfels, Texas. The seller was Palo Alto, Calif.-based JJM Holdings, LLC, according to Comal County tax records. Weston was represented in the deal by Greg Marberry of CB Richard Ellis. The Moll Building is located at 710 FM 306 in New Braunfels, a town approximately 33 miles northeast of San Antonio. It is situated on 9.5 acres and was expanded from 51,470 square feet to 102,940 square feet in 1994. The property was formerly occupied by Moll Industries, a company that specializes in injection molding. It is now leased to EH Systems, a locally-based manufacturer and distributor of structural insulated panels. Marberry is a first vice president with CBRE's Austin office, where he specializes in industrial and high tech-oriented transactions. He joined the firm in 1989 and is a former "Rookie of the Year."
