by Michael WayneThe Sunrise Palms Shopping Center, a 98,346 square foot retail center in Brownsville, Texas, is being marketed for sale by the Ontario, Calif., office of Marcus & Millichap. Kevin Boeve of Marcus & Millichap's National Retail Group in Ontario is representing the seller in the offering. The Sunrise Palms Shopping Center is located at 3000 Pablo Kisel Blvd. Built in 2004, it is situated on a 7.5-acre lot and is currently occupied by Marshalls, Ross, Old Navy, K-Mart, Staples and Best Buy. The retail center is fully leased under triple-net leases, which occurred between 2004-2006. Other tenants of the property include Bed Bath & Beyond, Circuit City, Party City, Men's Warehouse and Shoe Carnival. Boeve is a vice president of investments and director with Marcus & Millichap.
