Realty Asset Advisors negotiates sale of Tampa multi-family

Marquis Apartments

Largo, Fla.-based Marquis Apartments, LLC has sold the Marquis Apartments in Tampa for $7.85 million to Sabina Properties, LLC.

The deal was brokered by Tim Johnson of locally-based Realty Asset Advisors.

Built in 1969, the Marquis Apartments are located at 2609 Gemini Court and were renovated in 2000. The complex consists of 140 units and is comprised of 14 two-story buildings. It sold for $56,071 per unit and $64.60 per square foot.

Johnson is a managing partner and investment advisor with Realty Asset Advisors. He is a former employee of Marcus & Millichap and is an FAA Licensed Pilot. Johnson earned his bachelor's in international business management from the University of Connecticut.
